Beautifully appointed property. Convenient to Epcot and The Boardwalk. The boat ride to The Boardwalk and Epcot was a nice amenity. All staff was friendly and helpful. There were many pools to choose from. I especially enjoyed the quiet pool closet to the Swan. There were a variety of restaurants but they are closed during the day with the pool restaurants open as well as a grab and go market. You have access to the Dolphin pool and restaurants as well.

Everything was great! The hotel and amenities were amazing, and all the staff members were lovely. We ate at Rosa Mexicano for breakfast everyday and loved the waitresses we had. Truly, such a vibrant hotel all around and don't get me started on all the pools, definitely A+. I also loved knowing I could walk to or take the ferry to Epcot or go on the boardwalk. Definitely would come again, but try the dolphin or the reserve next time.

The hotel is located on the Disney property. Because I booked a day at Magic Kingdom, I took a bus to the park. It usually takes about 15 minutes to get to the park. The room was quiet and clean, although I didn't spend much time in my room. Overall, no problems.

Short walk to Epcot, the Boardwalk, and the Skyliner. Very clean, calm, peaceful environment. We had a renovated room and it was lovely. Overall the staff was friendly & attentive, the room was good size, everything was very clean, and there were good amenities.

King alcove room was large, clean and had a great view. The location, of course, is teriffic with the Disney boat being so close by. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. Staff was pleasant and lines were relatively short.
